Each tenant will need to fill out his/her own application and have their own cosigner. No sharing applications and no shared co-signers except for special instances.
We only offer tours if a unit is vacant. We typically only have vacancies in July or September.
Each tenant is responsible to find a replacement. Once you have found a replacement and they have been approved you will need to pay a $300.00 lease breaking fee.
We are happy to say that we now accept pets! There will be a $500.00 non-refundable pet deposit along with a $50.00 monthly pet rent. Please call the rental office to get all the details on how to complete an application for your pet.
